pain is fucking real

Pain is real.
Experiences are real.
Suffering should not be denied.

We are not defined by our suffering.
We are not categorized by our deviations.
We are NOT our diagnosis first and humanity second.

These structures we currently have are built to try to make sense of suffering. But it’s still a map, not the territory… and maps, especially ones built from fear trying to control the uncontrollable miss so much.

They don’t capture:
▸ How trauma rearranges love.
▸ How systems create wounds and then punish the wounded for bleeding.
▸ How survival patterns get pathologized instead of understood.
▸ How sensitivity, intensity, devotion, grief, beauty, hope can all be flattened into labels and checkboxes and called “disorders.”

Sometimes they’re just… LIFE.
Moving differently.
Breathing differently.
Loving differently.

We should not invalidate anyone’s reality.
We should widen our own views and say:
“You are allowed to be more than what they called you.”

That is love big enough to survive the mindlessness of this world.
